Friday......................................9:00 am - 11:15 am
Yoga classes have officially started and we ask that everyone who is interested in taking classes must schedule to reserve a spot prior to the class. Classes will only be held if there are reserved spots and please take note to enter through the rear entrance of the building. Payment will be accepted at the beginning of class. In the meantime, keep coming to our website for future updates and changes. If you would like updates on news regarding classes via email, please fill out our contact form. If there are times that you prefer, write them in the comment section and we will try our best to tailor classes to fit everyone.
