Massage Treatments

• Neuromascular (deep tissue): Neuromuscular therapy is also called trigger point myotherapy.  Neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscles spasm.  The massage therapy pressure is usually applied with the fingers, knuckles, or elbow. Once applied to muscle spasm the pressure should not vary for ten to thirty seconds.  $90.00 (60 minutes)

• Swedish: is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.  $80  (60 minutes)

• Reflexology: Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil, cream or lotion based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change in  the body. $75.00  (60 minutes)
